Vmagazine joins the glossy effect.
The editor-in-chief Stephen Gan says
V needed to lighten up and brighten this spring against dark times.
The electric/neon title theme follows throughout the issue,
where the two cover stars shot by Mario Testino are also featured.
Is it a new trend? will maybe clothes or accessories start sparkling?
